Overview of services

CityMaid’s Standard Service Agreement for home cleaning includes the following services:

• Dusting visible and easily accessible surfaces (up to 180 cm)
• Vacuum-cleaning floors, carpets/rugs and furniture
• Cleaning kitchens including tables/work surfaces, the outsides of cupboards and removing dirt/marks
• Cleaning bathrooms and wet rooms (sanitaryware, mirrors, etc.)
• Cleaning floors

The customer may also order extra services like:
Change of bedding
Window cleaning
Cleaning of white goods
Main cleaning
Vacation service – we take in the post and water flowers
Cleaning before and after parties

• Vacuuming carpets and floors
• Thorough dusting and cleaning of available surfaces
• Cleaning of floors and walls
• Outside and inside cleaning of cabinets and drawers
• Standard white goods cleaning, includes a combined refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher * and an oven with associated kitchen fan. **
• Window cleaning, exterior and interior
• Cleaning of doors and moldings
• Cleaning of bathrooms, including toilet, shower / bath, including drain and fan ***
• We dry mop roofs. Get in touch if you need cleaning of the roof

  Carpet cleaning only on request.

*Dishwasher: please provide the appropriate cleaning tablet for this. The dishwasher drain and hoses must be cleaned by the customer. We will clean the dishwasher externally and if we are to clean behind it, the customer must pull it out before we arrive.
**Kitchen fan is washed with grease remover and can be run in the dishwasher by appointment.If you have a stove with pyrolysis, pyrolysis must be run the night before we arrive, so that we can clean it.
***We clean down the drain where the drain is available. Exterior cleaning of fans only.
Remove fixed fronts on the bath / shower to ensure that we get to.
Our terms and conditions

Window cleaning includes standard windows without bars, outside and inside. If you have double or connected windows, bars or shutters, the price may differ.
The price does not include a glazed balcony or glass railing on the porch. This is taken as an additional service at hourly rate. Get in touch for your own tailor-made agreement.

For external window cleaning, the windows must be either reversible or accessible without the use of a lift or ladder. We use telescopic poles with a length of up to 1.5 meters.

  *We recommend ordering a cleaning of walls as an additional service if there are many stains.
